Our Story

Why LynqCo exists

LynqCo was built from real experience, not just an idea.

Before building LynqCo, I was running and growing an NDIS provider myself. Every week felt like a constant battle with admin. Rosters in one place, notes in another, invoices somewhere else, compliance always in the back of your mind. It felt like we were spending more time managing systems than supporting people.

I remember thinking, there has to be a better way to run a care business.

Most software in the space felt either outdated, overly complex, or built without truly understanding how NDIS providers actually work day to day. Teams were jumping between multiple platforms, double handling data, and losing hours every week to admin.

What LynqCo is

LynqCo is software that helps you run your NDIS business without the usual chaos. One place for rosters, notes, invoices, and compliance.

Most people use LynqCo to:

  • Manage staff, contractors, and participants
  • Roster shifts and record sessions or activities
  • Turn recorded work into draft invoices
  • Store notes, logs, and service documentation
  • Use AI tools to help draft notes and reports faster

LynqCo is a tool. It helps you work, but you're still running the business.

What LynqCo is not

This part matters.

LynqCo does not:

  • Pay staff or contractors
  • Calculate wages, penalties, or awards
  • Tell you how to comply with the NDIS or NDIA
  • Check whether invoices are correct before you send them
  • Provide legal, accounting, payroll, tax, clinical, or compliance advice
  • Handle or move money on your behalf

You stay in control, and you stay responsible for how the platform is used.

Using AI features

LynqCo includes AI that can help you:

  • Turn voice recordings into text
  • Help draft session notes, logs, or reports
  • Suggest improvements to wording

You must always read, edit, and verify AI-generated content before using it.

Your data and privacy

Your data stays yours.

LynqCo:

  • Uses your data only to run and improve the platform
  • Takes reasonable steps to keep data secure
  • Uses trusted third-party technology where needed

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload personal information.

Subscriptions and access

Your access to LynqCo depends on:

  • The subscription plan you choose
  • Staying within plan limits
  • Keeping payments up to date

LynqCo may improve, update, or change features over time.

Your responsibilities

LynqCo is software. You're still responsible for running your business correctly:

  • Checking and approving all notes, records, and invoices
  • Making sure invoices are accurate before sending them
  • Correctly paying staff and contractors under the right awards or agreements
  • Making sure your business follows NDIS rules, privacy laws, and other regulations that apply to you
  • Managing who has access to your LynqCo account and what they can do

LynqCo doesn’t check your work or confirm you're meeting compliance requirements.

If something goes wrong

Like most software platforms, LynqCo is provided “as is” and “as available.”

That means LynqCo isn't responsible for:

  • Business losses
  • Compliance issues
  • Errors caused by how data is entered or used
  • Problems caused by third-party services
